How can I pay for Kilifi Moringa products?

You can pay for your order via:

  • iDEAL
  • Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard)
  • Giropay
  • Sofort Banking
  • Mister Cash (Bancontact)

How much are shipping costs when I place an order?

Shipping your order to the Netherlands and Belgium is free when you spend € 20 or more. If you order less then € 20 worth of products, shipping costs are € 4.75.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO box or abroad?

It is not possible to get your order shipped to a PO box. The package can be delivered to other countries within the European Union. If  you order is worth € 75 or more we ship for free.

For orders below € 75, we charge a fee of € 14.75 for countries within the EU.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders placed on regular weekdays will be dispatched generally within 48 hours. Orders placed Friday after 12 AM, or on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.

Can I track my order online?

After we dispatch your order, we will send a tracking link to your email address. By following the link sent via email, you will be automatically redirected to the page where you can follow the progress of your order. The location of your package and expected delivery date will be displayed.

Is there a guarantee if a product is faulty or damaged?

If a product is faulty or damaged, Kilifi Moringa will assist you with the issue. If your complaint falls under the warranty and a replacement product will be sent to you if neccessary.

How do I send an item back?

If you should wish to return an ordered product you are within your rights, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The product must not be opened or damaged in any way. The cost of your returned product will be refunded to your account within 5 working days after the package is received. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
